COVID-19 PERMIT INFORMATION:

TEMPORARY ONLINE PERMIT APPLICATION PORTAL

This is the temporary process for the city to accept new permits under the governors stay home stay healthy order.

Please follow these steps to submit an online permit application with the City of Black Diamond.

You will find links to the application forms in pdf format below the instructions.

If you have questions about the City’s development regulations, building codes, or problems with the application process please contact us at permits@blackdiamondwa.gov or 360-851-4447.

We can be reached during normal city business hours.

For the quickest response please use this email permits@blackdiamondwa.gov. Phones calls are temporally going directly to voicemail. We will return you call as soon as possible during bussiness hours.

Submitting Online

Please send an email with the completed signed forms required along with all other applicable submittal materials as attachments to:

permits@blackdiamondwa.gov

*IMPORTANT*
DO NOT email any other email addresses for permit applications as they will be rejected.

ALSO, If you have large plan sets or files larger then 25MB in total size submit the application forms ONLY via email. We will contact you to make arrangements for large file submittal.

If the submitted materials are found incomplete and/or insufficient then the application will be rejected.
